Which one? I remember him criticising the A-H Slavs for allying with reactionary government in 1848-9 but also praising the Poles in few occasions including that same one.
TBH I vaugely recall him having poor opinion on slavs, but now that you mention it I can’t remember where I read it.
I mean afaik most Slavs he had personal contact with have been people from Bakunin circle, that is panslavic anarchists of which many were even literal aristocrats, so i wouldn’t be surprised if he did not had very good opinion of them.
