@aebrer I struggle with that too, mostly during the worst of winter, and I often get pretty wiped out. I hope you get well soon. There are a few active things I do to speed up the process. Lots of sleep of course. I drink tea constantly, mainly honey lemon throat comfort tea by Yogi Teas, and I use a neti pot twice a day. I cook big batches of congee, with white rice in lots of water (10:1, 40 minutes), scallions, carrots, mushrooms, eggs, and lots of black pepper, oil, sauces, chicken bouillon.
@aebrer Oh, you’re waiting for a FUN idea? Well, if you’re going to be picky, it might take a while. You could just start with an un-fun idea, and it might turn into a fun thing while you’re working on it.
