Trees can have cycles, but trees will always be Trees.
Seems that Austria is just as racist as France, Italy, Hungary, Slovakia, Germany, the Netherlands, Belgium, England or the USA. I probably missed a few along the way.
You are the utter cunt here yourself, with your short-sighted opinion. Can’t you see the parallel in polluting something of value? Like is being done to our planet? And those people’s grandchildren will be even more annoyed when they have hardly any food left, with weather catastrophies ruining their existence. OK, that was a bit harsh, but you catch my drift.
Still puzzles me why everybody’s still shopping at Amazon.
Wouldn’t sexism be even more prevalent in right-wing spaces? Or would you say that it’s pretty evenly distributed over the political spectrum?
What I didn’t see in the reactions yet is that a lot of Americans do not want any government involvement at all. Save for things that are supposedly written down in the Bible. The Republican party is providing just that, anti-establishment, anti-intellectual and don’t forget: anti-minority. Just people being tough and dare to support the party who will turn the clock back to when times were perceived to be better. Same sentiment is present in Europe by the way, like it was a century ago.
The solutions are there, but nobody will risk loss of power or popularity. But no worries, nature will strike back harder and harder.
You left out eradication from climate change or biodiversity loss. Not instant, but an even less zero chance. Quite likely, in fact.
We can currently choose between:
'Cause it’s a billboard. The tiny ones tend to get overlooked.
Just go eat plant-based all together, so we won’t have these problems that endanger the existence of life on our planet. Including humans.
You mean: flip horizontally, right?
Where are their muskets?
This train of thoughts (lol) can keep you healthy, but the risks involved are rather slim. Better to be afraid of mayonnaise and French fries I guess.
Veganism is good for climate, biodiversity, health and animal welfare. We really don’t need to eat animals or animal products to have good meal and live a happy life. The good thing is that humans are omnivores, with a free choice of what to eat. Please choose wisely, not only for your own mental and physical health, but also for others, living now as well as in years to come.
They’re still fairly cheap in Europe and I really looked forward on getting to see their content a couple of years back, but now it looks like most of it could just as easily be shown on another platform like Disney or Netflix. There’s no real depth in most of it. I’ll keep hanging on watching shows like Insecure, but I wonder whether I’ll keep the account in future.
Let’s just stop trying out new referenda, OK?
What’s confusing about Mastodon? Just join a random server and you can find everyone else on any other server. (Or are these called ‘instances’? I don’t know or care, fact is it works without problems.)
Yeah sure, they’ll probably also have typed all posts on Lemmy, including those that have not been posted yet.
