Never believe that anti-Semites are completely unaware of the absurdity of their replies. They know that their remarks are frivolous, open to challenge. But they are amusing themselves, for it is their adversary who is obliged to use words responsibly, since he believes in words. The anti-Semites have the right to play. They even like to play with discourse for, by giving ridiculous reasons, they discredit the seriousness of their interlocutors. They delight in acting in bad faith, since they seek not to persuade by sound argument but to intimidate and disconcert. If you press them too closely, they will abruptly fall silent, loftily indicating by some phrase that the time for argument is past.

That’s still unreliable enough that I wouldn’t trust it to actually do anything. If it scoured its database for a trigonometry textbook and cited a solution for a problem which was as correct as any web calculator, cool. That’d be as useful as google was in 2010. 83% is the kind of score I get on advanced mathematics tests when I have no idea what I’m doing but half-remember the basic steps to get an answer.

I like the saying “Fahrenheit is what you feel, Celsius is what water feels, and Kelvin is what the universe feels”.

Now a few of them have photos of flowers, but for a while I could scroll down like 50 of those things and they were all photos of my dog set to terrible autogenerated music. AI is the future.

That’s where you are right now. You can hopefully do better if you challenge yourself, but I wouldn’t consider you anything different from the most milquetoast liberal hiding behind rhetorical civility while you support the violence of the state. Your progressive politics are at best redistributing the loot of that violence while perpetuating the system causing it, either out of cowardice or malice or apathy. All of them would make you the same judas goat for the imperial slaughterhouse.

It’s neat that it’s still potentially habitable with such different solar conditions.

If you have a pen, you can cross out the parts of the golden rule that are pacifistic and make it “Treat others as they treat you”. When someone slaps me I’m not going to turn the other cheek because they’ll slap that one too and think they can freely slap others. The goal is just to restore an equilibrium state where nobody slaps anyone else because they understand that they aren’t powerful and there will be immediate consequences.

What specific ideology are you looking for? There’s no neutral political community because there’s no neutral ideology. Either you have a place with Nazis and Genocide Joe enthusiasts or you have a leftist one that’s critical of the entire political spectrum and wouldn’t tolerate those freaks in our communities. Anything in the realm of /r/politics becomes /r/politics.
