I seem to interact with the internet more frequently than you and I have literally never been told to kill myself online. And that even might be about to change, but I’m not particularly sensitive to it. Still an absolutely braindead and shitty thing to do
My spouse and I use this all the time! It’s great.
It is, the bottom section is “grounded” in reality as in there’s evidence and it’s real
Their stated reason being that currently they don’t feel like they have the moderation tools to remove rule breaking content should a bunch of bots and spammers flood in
I feel like that’s reasonable. Lemmy is still in very active development, and still building up a lot of features. Also, their defederation isn’t meant to be permanent either
Fantastic Planet is so good! I’ll have to check out that other one, I’ve never heard of it
edit: syke I looked it up and didn’t know that was the French name of Time Masters. Still cool people are finding interest in them!
the latter but the former is probably also excellent
watching this film in an altered state is wonderful. (it’s also wonderful sober)
Being at MarineWorld (now Six Flags Discovery Kingdom) to see the orca, and the poor creature was just laying in the water motionlessly. my family was there and they were like “aw, it must be sick :(”

I probably have slightly earlier memories but I don’t actually know which ones are older so I stick with this one
I’m using it right now; I was having some issues with Jerboa. the interface is nice, it is a bit choppy when scrolling sometimes, and it did crash when I initially opened it but I’m willing to give it a shot
alternatively does anyone have any recommendations for such a device if OP doesn’t respond? I’ve been missing e-ink since my kindle got destroyed several years ago
Modest Mouse has always resonated really hard with me and I don’t think Isaac Brock is autistic necessarily (just done a lot of drugs) their music encompasses a lot of traits I feel like match the autistic experience (for me)
the rambly lyrical style and kind of… nonlinear movement between topics feels like my thought process, I can relate to feelings of stumbling through a confusing life, and of course, failing to connect with others or accidentally damaging relationships
I’d probably start with Moon and Antarctica, or Good News, but I personally love everything they’ve put out ever (admitting my bias since it’s one of my special interests)
Kinda the same for me, although I recently moved into something more security focused.
I know a little python though! Should anyone ever need one more “knows a little python” guy lol
Maladaptive daydreaming. I didn’t know the word for it until I was like 17 (like 8 years ago) but I did it my whole life and was very ashamed of it
Tears of the Kingdom because I basically just purchased Breath of the Wild a few months ago and haven’t finished it.
Baldur’s Gate 3, because my friends want to play it all together and so I’m waiting for them
