That is true in the US, but there are many counties where religious marriage is legal marriage.
Why not just call it a community?
I usually call the CPU cores physical cores and logical cores. So a CPU might have 6 physical cores and 12 logical cores. Meaning that it has 6 real cores, but it shows up as 12 because of hyper threading.
That makes sense, personally I would consider nonbeliever to be only people who don’t follow any religion, but I can see how it is more up to interpretation.
I understand that, but if someone says they are “Jewish by birth and nonbeliever by belief,” I would think they would be in the ethnic group but not the religion, as opposed to someone who does also practice the religion.

Kind of, because those sectors are widely known to not be growth-oriented. There is only so much demand for electricity for example.
At one point that was probably a growth sector, but now it is ubiquitous. Perhaps someday some tech stocks could be focused on dividends rather than infinite growth.

Not every stock has to be a growth stock, their value can be based on expectations of future dividends.
However, tech stocks are priced assuming growth, so the owners would lose a lot of money if it becomes clear that growth is no longer possible.
