Finally, USAID is not a military organization. If a military unit lands near them and demands a truck they are going to hand it over. They do not possess weapons or training. This entire line of argument is ridiculous.
Yes, they are equipped to not hand over their resources. They’re also equipped to not lie and cover it up afterwords.
