Russian state media has literally talked about how they should just drown Ukrainian children. When an individual speaks to Ukrainian children and demands they speak Russian, and then throws one off a bridge into possibly a waterway (?), it isn’t propaganda to wonder if the individual has Russian ties when this happened in Germany, and it’s natural to discuss the prevailing beliefs of Russians in Germany as a result.
