Pretty much everywhere except Montana, in the US, it is illegal to drive a horse and cart drunk. In the UK it’s illegal to be in charge of cattle on a road drunk. Very inclusive.
In the Netherlands you’re just not allowed to participate in traffic while drunk, so technically you’re not even allowed to bike. No one gives a shit about that one though.
