I personally have been using Ubuntu LTS, Alpine and Debian for all my server and container needs so far. But I’m looking forward how this will play out at work where we exclusively use AlmaLinux, OpenShift and OKD for all our deployments and containers. We even migrated specific containers with 3rd party tools to AlmaLinux so we didn’t have to deal with debian specific CVE’s.
I’m still occasionally browsing it as I still enjoy using Apollo, its really just that good of an app. But I’ll be cutting ties on the 30th once the API key expires.
As others meantioned, I’ll make sure to delete my accout with GPDR and pursue action should they bring my content back.
What I found to be quite interresting and working well are the solid fuel stoves from esbit. You should be able to bring them on a flight and one small tablet lasts long enough to boil enough water for some instant ramen, soup or a cup of instant coffee.
