Mumei as a source of radical societal reform was not on my bingo card.
It’s weird - seems like a pretty big viewerbase to (basically) ignore. I guess it does make collabs more challenging when there’s 3 timezone groups to deal with, but that seems like a weak reason to leave so much on the table so there’s gotta be something else there right?
What the fuck, was not expecting more EN debuts o_O I kinda though starsEN wasn’t getting enough engagement to support another gen yet but maybe Cover thinks they can pull it off?

I tried to make a glow-in-the-dark (Towa-in-the-dark) pun for the title but couldn’t figure something out that read naturally :(
I imagine Holo Indie will be beneficial mostly for games / devs without brand recognition, which HoloCure is certainly not lacking anymore.
Idk, fish friend I guess!? We need a fubuki lore expert
Warning:
This visual novel features themes of violence, suicide, murder and cannibalism.
Don’t threaten me with a good time
It didn’t seem worth posting separately, but I thought this clip of Korone going over to Okayu’s place after they realised that they needed to use local (not online) multiplayer was cute!
Holy shit Marine is trying to find out how expensive she can make an MV.
5 minutes of high quality animation and live instrument recordings (not just samples). The bridge in particular has full-quality background animations AND the animation of the two of them dancing on top of that, which might’ve needed some choreography as well.
You may also enjoy the now-animated Mococo gnome saga, which I didn’t think was worth its own submission:

I’VE DONE THE CROSS-POST, PLEASE PUT THE GUN DOWN
Edit: Also totally forgot about Advent’s collab song from last week: https://youtube.com/watch?v=FqXrBy_FIU0
Nerissa responding to Mumei’s cover:
…I’d never really thought about it, but now I want to know!?
Finding optimal CO values that are long-term stable across all workloads (namely: idle) is such an enormous PITA though X_X
The MMD models have truly been a blessing.

In addition to not qualifying by most definitions of open source (as already mentioned), CC is not recommended for use in software: https://creativecommons.org/faq/#can-i-apply-a-creative-commons-license-to-software
We recommend against using Creative Commons licenses for software. Instead, we strongly encourage you to use one of the very good software licenses which are already available.
[…]
Unlike software-specific licenses, CC licenses do not contain specific terms about the distribution of source code, which is often important to ensuring the free reuse and modifiability of software. Many software licenses also address patent rights, which are important to software but may not be applicable to other copyrightable works. Additionally, our licenses are currently not compatible with the major software licenses, so it would be difficult to integrate CC-licensed work with other free software. Existing software licenses were designed specifically for use with software and offer a similar set of rights to the Creative Commons licenses.
