Like the upper management and C-suite give a fuck about any of their employees.

But a lowercase L is just… l
:')
Gran Turismo 7 pulled the same shit. I’m still pissed about that one. Plus the lack of single player content basically means I haven’t even played the game since shortly after launch. The grind without mtx is crazy boring.
As much as I’d love for people to do this, there’s probably a ton of software safeguards to prevent this. Even if you’d get around it, those greedy fuckers will undoubtedly void your warranty. And somehow that’s legal too.
Can the EU please do something here? This is BS.
Helectronic Parts?
Fortnite Battle Royale was an afterthought, a gamejam project at Epic, made with assets from Fortnite: Save the World. They hoped to use the BR hype to get some more players to the main game, but it got so ridiculously popular it quickly overtook StW and became the Fortnite we all know today.
You were doing great, until the last paragraph. Too bad.
It just has Pokemon in it.
That’s the point!
Because people have been asking and craving for an actually good and fun new Pokémon game for yeaaars now, and Palworld delivered just that. It gives the people what they want.
People think it cool to hate on things that are popular, but this one makes perfect sense. It’s popular because it does what Gamefreak has been refusing to do for decades now.
I still have a PC copy of 2007(?) Sega Rally I can no longer play because the DRM software is no longer supported in Windows.
Holy shit
My point was: There’s plenty of nerds who can be(come) just as corrupt or selfish as any politician. They also don’t necessarily work harder.
I would like some more tech literacy in politics though.
Dude, wtf, no? I’m not even American.
I’ve just seen plenty of stories about nerds who seem like “good guys” only to see them turn out to be selfish assholes the moment they become successful and start making big money. Especially with tech start-ups.
Although I gotta say, I’d love more nerds in office. The way most (boomer) politicians talk about technology is cringe and often completely without understanding.
Was the personal attack necessary btw? Yeesh…
Bold of you to assume there’s no socio- or psychopaths among nerds. Just look at the tech industry C-suite.
Imagine having your healthcare tied to your employer :')
Couldn’t agree more. Imagine telling the Dutch how to do bikes as a non-Dutch. :p
Oh, bother!
I fully agree with your… Vibe?
But honestly there are differences between the sexes and genders and we shouldn’t just ignore those. Especially not with gender roles still being so embedded and most people being raised/coded with them.
I grew up a hetero normative male and that shit is hard to let go of, even tho I’m definitely not straight and love queer stuff. Escaping that “programming” can be scary AF.
I’m more than happy to raise a new generation free of gender roles, but let’s not forget those that were raised with them.
Seconded.
