I think you need to talk to more than one girl about that… really depends on the procedure, your sensitivity down there and the competence of the gynaecologist. I’ve been to appointments that were fine and I’ve been there near crying from pain…

So then… only when soup has croutons is it the same thing as cereal. I feel enlightened.
Dry soup is just a salad
Building a dam in a stream and forming a little lake. Then opening the dam and making a tidal wave.
What subject do you want to create a bibliography for?
I don’t know if it’s the same in every hospital, but my experience is that when you get to the hospital, a nurse will talk with you about the surgery plan and your medical background/medication etc. This is the person you can tell about your ASD and ask for some extra guidance if needed. Also be prepared that for a while you might be prepped for surgery without anything to distract you (no phone, headphones or your glasses on) and just waiting, as this is usually the most difficult part for me. One thing that helps me distract myself in those times is to think of a nice story prompt before the day and than try to write that story in my head.
Thank you for not being the annoying guy trying to hit on girls 🙂
It’s not dutch. Source: I’m dutch
Does anyone have a link to this video that does not force me to watch two 40s pro-israel propaganda videos before it starts?
It is probably a statement related to the average tree. Also, I believe hemp and bamboo are not trees (but I’m also not a plant scientist) so not really relevant in a statement about trees.
I coudn’t find a source for your statement, but I did find that it takes a tree 30-40 years to store a ton of CO2, so maybe that’s what they mean? A tree will store carbon as it grows, because it builds itself with carbon from the air. https://ecotree.green/en/how-much-co2-does-a-tree-absorb
I actually once yelled out squirrel in the middle of my own presentation at a team meeting… admittedly, a squirrel was running by the window at the time.
Then perhaps you can google hanlon’s razor
I don’t think this meme has anything to do with that right? It’s just a joke because we used to call all DNA that does not actively code for proteins and lies outside of genes Junk DNA.
Poor sis! How did you manage to hide a broken elbow??
Sidewalks where I live are bumpy, interrupted by trees, signposts and trash bins and occupied by pedestrians. Much better (and ultimately safer) is to cycle in the middle of the lane to force cars to give you space. You are also more visible that way to cars from sidelanes.
We were all ready to discuss the politics of climate and climate justice. A talk about the justice of support for countries in Africa dealing with natural disasters while they are responsible for less than 4% of emissions was very well received. The “politics” was someone asking to free palestine and telling us not to vote for the biggest green social party because they are not doing enough for oppressed people. I think we can rightfully say that was too off-topic for this march.
I see many people saying this, and claiming that therefore any protest or attempt at doing anything for the environment is futile. But although it will be hard, protest and change is also necessary. In the Netherlands, aggresive protests have already ensured that fossil subsidies (38 billion euros of subsidies to companies that work with fossil fuels) are a major talking point for the upcoming election. Doing nothing isn’t an option anymore.
I was there and the interruption happened only a short while after she said everyone deserves a voice. All the guy did was ask to put the focus back from polarizing views to the main goal of the day, a march for a better and more just climate policy. Let’s hope this message comes across with at least 70.000 people marching!
I am dutch and I have never heard of this issue/myth. Even tour de grance cyclists manage to have kids just fine after 20 years of full time cycling, so I wouldn’t worry.
