I am glad that “I googled why I was coughing and it said I had cancer and would die in 7 days so farewell you are a good friend” will live on for more years.

I am playing this too and do enjoy what I’ve been doing. However it does feel that the game hasn’t improved much from DDDA. The Dragonplague thing is quite annoying and I am thinking of stopping for a while before they have done something to it. I really cannot recommend this game to others as for now, which is sad.
I remember how I was amazed when they showed that you could pick up shot arrows in Oblivion. Now I am not even going to click this link for whatever the drip feed information it contains. Seeing what Bethesda, Blizzard and Ubisoft have become, 17 years old me would be very disappointed in today’s game industry.
It’s one of those meth labs where the t is silent.
You mean there were other marriable NPCs other than Farkas? Interesting-
(Talking about what Skyrim spouse choices say a lot about a person…)
“Now the real tea besties, when the martyr being forced to unalive…”
They basically weren’t aware of the game before it got GotY and some even got sour that it won more awards than Zelda. (There was even a forum thread named something like “[sad news] a game that no Japanese has heard of has won GotY” which was quite hilarious.)
Then after the launch many players are surprised of how much freedom the game provides, and enjoy multiplayer sessions, classic big explosions, Talk with Animals, Scratchy the dog and Grease + fire combo, etc. There were some players that dropped the game with weird reasons tho, from “not anime enough” to “I thought this was an action RPG??” and even “I like RPGs but not TRPGs (??)” I’d say BG3 seems to be more like 50/50 in Japan because how its structure is different from JRPG’s, but those who enjoy the game are really fond of it.
Soul like everything, but that’s just me being too clumsy for any challenge. I do hope some people could stop complaining other games being too easy tho. Not every game needs to be Soul likes.
Unfortunately Twitter/X is still the fastest way to find Japanese fan bases for almost everything. For example Baldur’s Gate 3 just got its Japanese launch last month, and it’s been fun to see their thoughts since they are not familiar with DND settings or CRPG all together. Many Japanese users I follow don’t like what Musk’s doing to Twitter as well, but they are also not sure about other platforms so it’s kind of it is what it is situation now.
Revolutionary Girl Utena. I recently re-watched some of my favorite episodes again (for many times over the years) and can still discover new things that I wasn’t aware before. The anime just keeps giving everytime I watch it and refuses to get irrelevant ever.
Will you marry me
It’s crazy how these companies could manage to lose their goodwill overnight one by one these 2~3 years. It’s almost like they have some secret any% fiasco RTA competition or something.
Absolutely great game! And being a Larian’s title means the game will only get better and better with updates and good mod support! Like you said they really did a good job to make the game easy to follow. As an one who never played any tabletop RPGs, I couldn’t understand how the combat worked in the first Pathfinder game (like at all) so I eventually dropped it, but this is not the case for BG3.
All the classes are surprisingly fun too. Like I did think I would enjoy Berserkers but they are even more funnier than I have ever imagined - when there’s any problem, just roar them out, or grab it up to hit another problem and make them both prone. And I already have planned 4 or 5 classes to try in the future. Now if only they can make save files smaller in size (got 1.4G of them now)…
Tomb Raider 3 (1998) map design
Reminds me of people complaining their vanilla flavored things having nasty little black dots.
Not really? I do be bouncing when making decisions though.
I didn’t log in to get this attacked. (I literally opened Kbin to escape from my work…)
I can’t. I literally gave up and uninstalled Morrowind because I couldn’t find my way out of Vivec. ;-;
Agreed. I absolutely love it.
What stop here Belinda honey just cancel it forever?
