My wife has a 6a. A few things that she has noticed but not deal breakers. After installing a glass screen protector the finger print reader is really hit and miss. I went to enable face unlock but Google doesn’t allow it on the 6a. Custom ROM would solve that, however I don’t know about graphene. Not the best cell reception. Not a huge case selection. At least compared to non (a) versions. Battery life under heavy use is just ok.

Sunbird is more than iMessage isn’t it? I had the beta installed for a little bit and it was messenger, sms, iMessage, and a few others that haven’t used.

In terms of tablet scores yes. And I never said better but I did say closer. Even at that using kimovil as the source the 8 gen 2 in the Tab s9 ultra is only 1 percent behind the M2 in the iPad pro 6th gen. Which could be the difference between testing environments, thermal management, and straight up just better/worse quality silicon from chip to chip.

As far as the Dimensity 9200, you said soc comparison not tablet.

I mean the mediatek is nearly 460k points off, nearly 35%. That’s a pretty big difference. Is it noticeable by the user in most applications probably not but they aren’t close. The actual newest chips are though https://nanoreview.net/en/soc-list/rating

Thank you! And this was just a quick edit on Snapseed. My phone (Oneplus 7pro) isn’t known for its very ok cameras. It is also just an edited jpeg so there is only such much information I can hope to recover from the highlights and blacks. I normally use Lightroom or Darktable if it is shot with my DSLR. I’ll have to check out that program though.

The dev announced they will be switching to a subscription model. However, Infinity is open source and someone is trying to make a lemmy/kbin version called Beyond. They don’t have a discord up yet but it seems like they plan to when an alpha is ready.

The Ender series splits and has a series of books from Ender’s pov and the other from Bean’s. Both are great and imo the series that follows Bean was a little more engaging.
