His niece, a clinical psychologist. wrote a book claiming that he is a narcissist. I think her diagnosis is correct.
Switched years ago. I don’t recall that it took a lot of effort.

Used to sleep on my stomach but after I read that it was bad for me, started sleeping on my side. I now prefer to sleep on my side.
You should be able to boot from an SD card, a USB drive, or a CD to try out Linux without actually installing it on your computer’s hard drive.
