    I honestly don’t know shit about fuck but I would hope that there would be some type of litigation or something that would figure this out right?

      the government might have a case to sue for negligence and get some of their money back. but the company is going to go bankrupt anyways, so even if they win it’s not like they’re actually going to recoup any money.
