That’s a very elaborate way to spell “leeches”.
I believe that was a way of wanting a near 100% wealth tax for them, to help finance some usefull stuff.
You can’t be a fucking contributor by stealing the value of work done by those in your employ.
One can be made a net contributor by some well adjusted money squeeze 😉
