I’m not really sure what you mean with your comment… That doesn’t sound too racist to me. But maybe if there are some things I disliked about John McCain (and there were), then there’s a good chance they are not the same things you dislike.
Anyway, working in the context of the options at the time… if we only had two less than stellar choices, I’m saying I would have much preferred McCain over Obama and I think he would have done a fine job, especially considering his service record vs Obama’s district lack of political experience in comparison at the time of his first presidential campaign.
Romney, I never really liked at all but he likely would still have been a better choice than Obama, going both by the 2nd Obama admin and by how much of a disaster the DNC and its candidates have been in the last couple decades.
