By Rushia levels I mean malicously and knowingly leaking stuff to gossip youtubers, like actually harmful stuff.

A-Chan, Nodoka, and Yagoo all gave her a goodbye tweet indicating this was not malicious activity. This is different from Rushia, as A-Chan and Yagoo did not do this. They also allowed Mel to publish a final message.
Like she didn’t know for some reason but it was still egregious enough it couldn’t be ignored. In Rushia’s case she made mistakes but then kept going even
So in Rushia’s case they couldn’t even afford to give her any air time.

Exactly, that’s why I find it odd it gets treated the same way by Cover.
