Wait a minute… the episode where O’Brien is in a line up and Weyoun accuses him of being a spy but they shoot another guy and Weyoun quickly says “He was going to be my second guess.” is a different episode?
Great, I’ve slipped into a different dimension again.
I have particularly strong memories of that episode because of Jeffery Combs’ delivery of aforementioned line. The scene was tense because O’Brien knew Weyoun might recognize him from the Iconian mission. I watched that episode twice. I remember that moment from the next episode previews as well, I only remember seeing Weyoun.

That said, I do remember that other Vorta, but from somewhere else in the series.

He does appear briefly 2 episodes back in s6e13 “One Little Ship”, but only while addressing the ship of Jem’Hadar.
The Mandela Effect strikes again. In the meantime, look back to your universe’s point of divergence, quick call to Admiral Janeway or Red Forman to make a temporal incursion or two, then get to Ten Forward, grab a pint…
That was Gelnon, one of the few other Vorta we see.
Even so, you’d think by that point the Dominion would have uploaded all current personnel info into the latest batch of clones.
