I do hope the actual apartment is more aligned with our plane of existence

I really like what they did with the wall.
Wood panels on the wall are so 60s… Don’t like the look.
Wood paneling is one thing but this looks like hardwood. Rather than do a wall it looks great on the ceiling.
Looks way better sideways. Good call from the camera guy
Plot twist: those are great photos, it’s the whole building that’s sideways
You have to enter through the Escher gate near the parking structure.
It was designed by an astronaut just back from the International Space Station.
1700/month! Only in NY.
That kitchen must hold the record for the smallest, it’s smaller than the bathroom.
Also, does NY have rules about separating a WC from a kitchen with a wall/corridor?
I’ve lived in a flat that didn’t but it’s against regs in the UK. It was cheap as well.

Nah lol. It still has an oven and 4 burners on the stove. A proper NY apartment is just a hot plate precariously perched on top of the radiator
They complained that the original set of photos were all in portrait mode. This was the corrected set 🙂
Jesus my toilet is bigger than that ‘kitchen’
So is their’s.
Classic apartment kitchen where an open oven covers 60% of your kitchen floor space.
0 beds. I presume you put a length of rope across the room and dangle over it to get some brief shut eye.
It’s a studio apartment so there is no dedicated bedroom just one all-purpose room. For some of those apartments a rope is all you could cram or afford.
Doubles as a noose when you get tired of living there. Score!
I’m puzzling at that reflection in the bathroom mirror.
The photographer
At, had to zoom way in to see the detail. From the thumbnail it was just a weird silhouette.
I knew this was NYC before opening haha seen these posts so many times when I was last looking.
Is this the nightmare that the fuckcars people expect me to live in?
