The best argument against Christianity is the existence of many other religions with equal claims to validity. If you believe one, why not all? If not all, why this one? But don’t let the Nigerian prophet Odumeje who won the international spiritual warfare championship against Satan distract you from the fact that in 1998, The Undertaker threw Mankind off Hell In A Cell, and plummeted 16 ft through an announcer’s table.

If an omnipotent being can’t defeat Satan once and for all, this guy probably is going to have to expect rematches.

And it is still not even close to the most unbelievable stories you’ll find in the bible.

People also believe in money and finances … there is more imaginary debt and wealth in the world that does not exist in any physical form because it is all just numbers on a ledger somewhere. The only reason it has any value is that we all collectively believe that this wealth is worth anything. Imaginary debt is paid for mostly by creating more imaginary debt to cover the debts that need to be paid.

I remember reading a few years ago about the fact that if all global debt was stopped at the time and everyone and every country was forced to repay their debts at the minimum amount until the debts were cleared … it would take the world several million years to do so.

If enough people lost faith in this whole arrangement, the whole system would just fall apart along with our global civilization as we know it.

Which is why I see modern global finance as our modern religion … because it is a system built on our collective faith in it.

          All hail the almighty dollar!
