    Without the Ron Perlman as main character, and Guillermo del Toro as director, I’m pretty much disinterested

      Nah, this looks way better than that last reboot. I think this time they’ve gotten the look of Hellboy right and I think specifically adapting one of the comics is a good call.

      It had quite a few problems but I enjoyed it for what it was. I even bought the bluray cheap.

      You can tell something went wrong behind the scenes because director Neil Marshall never appears in any of the bonus material.
